OUR PRIVACY NOTICE
This privacy notice tells you what to expect when 7th Heaven collects personal information. It applies to information we collect about you. To enable us to provide the services we have agreed and for other related purposes detailed below:-
- Preparing and updating client records in line with insurance requirements.
- Contacting clients with regards to appointments booked
- To ensure 7th Heaven are aware of any relevant health issues for any clients they will be treating.
- Data will be collected in the client record card on your initial appointment at 7th Heaven.
- Any individual can request sight of the information held in respect of them, and that this information is updated or deleted as required.
- Data will be held by 7th Heaven indefinitely or until you withdrawer consent. Should a client become inactive for a period of 12 months your data will automatically be deleted by us.
- Records of completed bills are kept indefinitely for personal taxation purposes.
- 7th Heaven will never share your details with any third party companies with the exception of Integrity software and Spies and Flyers website design for the sole purpose of updating our software and website for salon use only.
- 7th Heaven use Mail Chimp to deliver our email marketing. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies. For more information, please see Mail Chimp’s privacy notice.
- Clients can opt out of marketing at any given point and this does not affect appointment reminders.
- Appointment reminders can be opted out of but responsibility lies with the client to attend appointments booked any may be subject to a charge for missed appointments.
People who make a complaint to us - When we receive a complaint from a person we make up a file containing the details of the complaint. This normally contains the identity of the complainant and any other individuals involved in the complaint. We will only use the personal information we collect to process the complaint and to check on the level of service we provide. We usually have to disclose the complainant’s identity to whoever the complaint is about. This is inevitable where, for example, the accuracy of a person’s record is in dispute. We usually have to disclose details of the complaint to our professional Indemnity Insurance Broker and Insurer.
Access to personal information (Portability)
Data Subjects may submit a Subject Access Request - in order to obtain a copy of the personal data that we hold about them in a structured and portable manner. All SAR requests should be sent to:

Right of rectification
We will seek to ensure that inaccurate or incomplete data will be rectified. Data Subjects have the right of rectification.
Right to object to processing for the purposes of Direct Marketing
Data Subjects may notify the Firm if they wish to exercise their right to be removed from any Direct Marketing activities. We may still contact the Data Subject in order to fulfill any contractual obligations concerning the services provided.
